What Frozen do you offer?

Are your frozen fruits as nutritious as fresh?

Yes. Our frozen fruits are picked at peak ripeness and flash-frozen to lock in nutrients. That means the antioxidants, vitamins, and natural enzymes stay intact — sometimes even better preserved than produce that’s traveled fresh for days.

Do you carry dairy-free or plant-based frozen desserts?

Yes, plenty. We stock cashew-based gelatos, coconut milk ice creams, and oat milk-based treats made without gums, stabilizers, or synthetic flavoring. These are rich in real ingredients like cardamom, cacao, and vanilla bean — no fillers, just flavor.

How do you choose which frozen brands to carry?

Taste matters — but so do sourcing, process, and transparency. We choose brands that use clean, organic ingredients, ethical dairy, and thoughtful recipes where nutrition comes first, not sugar.

Why don’t you carry my favorite ice cream flavour?

We get it — it’s hard when your favorite isn’t on the shelf. But we’re incredibly selective about what goes in our freezers. We only choose flavors made with real, clean ingredients — no fillers, no gums, no weird stuff. Sometimes that means choosing just two flavors out of an entire lineup of fifteen. Only the best make the cut.

Are your frozen vegetables and fruits organic?

Yes — absolutely. All of the frozen fruits and vegetables we carry are organic. We only stock produce that meets our standards for clean farming, nutrient density, and peak-season harvest.
